Auto deletion of non "hot" deals in Hot Deals Forum

I was scanning through there, and saw the CH deal which is buy a Blu-ray and get a free DVD. Something like this really isn't a hot deal, and think there should be a system in place where if enough people agree that something isn't a hot deal, it's moved to a Cold deal sub-forum. This would keep some of the detritus out of the front page of the Hot Deals forum and allow those of us who are actually looking for a good deal to find one without having to wade through a bunch of worthless threads.

Perhaps a voting system like the news topics have, where if once it reaches X amount of votes, and over 75% say it's Cold it would be moved.
