Default Halloween 6: The Producer's Cut + Others

Now I know I will have died twice before this happens since it's not even "officially" on dvd yet, but I'd probably drop a lot of cash just to see this.

Halloween 2 - Resurrection would be nice also. Come to think of it, there aren't even anamorphic dvd transfers of Curse and H20.

The video cuts of the producers cut are awful. Nice to see though. My copy is on a DVDR. Still a better movie then the theatrical cut.

I wouldnt mind any of the others on Blu, I have the Zombie, and original and they seem sooooo lonley.

Yea that's the version I have and the spliced scenes are painful to watch, but still nice to have.

I would expect a release on parts 4 and 5 since they are owned by Anchor Bay, and they're usually all over the blu-ray releases.

Half my horror collection is Anchor Bay, especially the 80s slashers. Id love to see a Madman or Terror Train on Blu. I wish they'd put out more of their catalog.

Dare I dream about a Hell Night or Night of the Demons release????????

I still have never seen Terror Train. Night of the Creeps would be a good choice, although it's a rarity even on dvd...a fine Tom Atkins movie

I ended up getting this. Happy I did
I can say that this is pretty decent. I am happy with the purchase.

Here is the quality.

is the actual producers cut disc anamorphic widescreen, the copy i have now is non anamorphic and looks horrible on a big screen? i'd heard that there is a copy floating around somewhere that is the same quality the whole way through (i.e. not switching between the dvd and p-cut scenes) and it was meant to be very good picture quality

I'd buy this version, even though I like the regular version.

Not Anamorphic wide.
I have a 52 inch and it looked as good as this version of the file is going to look I think. I thought it was gonna look bad as well but is well beyond watchable.

Sorry...Yes it is Anamorphic wide. Here is the description of the set I got.
I also got Halloween 2 TV cut which was simply ripped from Chiller.

Here we have the best copy of the Halloween 6 Producer's Cut on 5 discs. I upgraded the TV version as well as added some TV spots to the bonus disc, so this set is the best of the best. You get a case, cover and art on the discs themselves. Contents are as follows: DISC 1: "PRODUCER'S CUT" - Uncut 16X9 Anamorphic Widescreen Version of the Producer's Cut in the Highest Quality ever Available, Has to Be seen to be believed! -9/10 DISC 2: "ROUGH CUT" - Uncut 16X9 Anamorphic Widescreen Rough Cut Version of the Producer's Cut, this is more or less a Workprint version of the what has become known as the "Producer's Cut". It has temp audio, unfinished effects and other differences in it's unfinished form. -8/10 DISC 3: "DIRECTOR'S CUT" - Uncut 16X9 Anamorphic Widescreen Director's Cut Version of the Theatrical Cut, this is more or less the UNRATED version of the Theatrical Cut. It has more gore than the final R-Rated version. -9/10 DISC 4: "TELEVISION CUT" - Full Screen Version of the Television Cut of Halloween 6, which uses footage from the Producer's Cut to pad the running time when it first aired, so it ends up as a hybrid of both the Theatrical and Producer's Cut. **UPGRADED - Not the same grainy copy others have.** -8/10 DISC 5: "BONUS FEATURES" BEHIND THE SCENES - ON SET RECORDINGS -ORIGINAL SHOOT (46 Minutes) -RE-SHOOT (12 Minutes) AUDITIONS -12 INCLUDING DENISE RICHARDS AS BETH(They even comment that she can't act, after she walks out) 4 THEATRICAL TRAILERS - ALL 16X9 Anamorphic Widescreen -INCLUDING: HALLOWEEN 666: THE ORIGIN OF MICHAEL MYERS - ORIGINAL TRAILER TV SPOTS -15 & 30 SECOND SPOTS -TV SPOT FOR TELEVISION DEBUT -TV DEBUT INTRODUCTION FEATURETTES -ELECTRONIC PRESS KIT -ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT Segment -BONUS - HALLOWEEN 5 HOME VIDEO PROMO REEL I also have the TV version of Halloween 2 and Halloween H20. Workprints for Resurrection and H20(only the score is different and quality is poor) and the TV documentary Halloween: The Inside Story - I will throw in one of those at no extra charge, as a thank you. Just ask.
