Avatar Video Game - Blu-ray Forum

Just saw the movie in IMAX 3D. Well worth the hype I highly recommend it.

wondering if the game was any good or if it was another crappy movie game.

Anyone play it or rent it? thanks all.

The reviews are saying it's not that great. But, I suspect that if you liked the movie you will get some enjoyment out of the game. It's not horrible, just a generic shooter/action game.

there was that movie Super Mario Bros. I heard they made some games for that, and they were ok.

X Men Origins: Wolverine.

It was better than the movie and very enjoyable (IMO).

The Peter Jackson's King Kong video game was pretty sweet too. I feel like this thread is now more about good movie games and not actually about the Avatar game.

I noticed that too but it's ok.

I like it when my posts get responses, and people responded about the Avatar game enough, that after I get through Bioshock 2, Assasians Creed 2 and Uncharted 2, I'll look for it cheap on Amazon.

I agree with Goldeneye, Spidey 1, 2, lego star wars original prequel, and wolvie. I actually liked the Punisher game too, with Thomas Jane voicing, although it didn't follow the movie much.

A rule I live by: never buy a game that is from a movie and never see a movie that is of a game.
