Default Is This Guy Right?

http://bluray.ign.com/dor/articles/9...gs_121108.html

The video shows some dude going through PS3 blu ray settings. He claims these are the best settings and I was wondering if you all think he is right? I personally find dynamic range control to sound best when it is selected to on but he claims setting it to off is the best.
So is this guy right? Not just about the dymanic range control option but for everything else as well?
Let me know what you think.
Thanks.

Off is BEST! On is only good if you are listening at very low volumes.

He lost my credibility when he says to set your TOSLINK (digital autio optical) to Bitstream... if you do that the audio on most movies will hiccup because the optical cable can't transfer data fast enough for most encodes.

I'll stick with what I got... an amazing picture.
