New to Blu-ray and have trouble with 1 of my movies - Blu-ray Forum

Hi all, I am relatively new to Blu-Ray and have setup my home theater/gaming computer with my 50" plasma screen. I can play all of my Blu-Ray and HD-DVD titles just fine, but when I got the new Pronce Caspian movie, it would play the commercials and then not load the menu. I can play the bonus features disc no problem and I even exchanged the Disc for another one thinking it may be a bad disc. But no matter what I do, nothing. I am using the LG super multi drive BD/HDDVD drive in Windows Vista Home Premium, 3 Geforce 9800GTX+ video cards (tried in SLI as well as single) 4GB RAM and a quad core extreme 3Ghz processor with Windvd 9+ Blue Ray. I got all the updates for drives and programs and am currently waiting to hear back from Corel regarding this, but figured I would try here as well. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

i dont have an answer for you but i am having the same problem with some of the movies i get from netflix. and it seems to have happened while downloading the new disc from sony for there up grades going to call them tomorrow

At the risk of sounding too classic in my proposed solutions, I'll say: check the disc, make sure it's not scratched, make sure the player is up to date and stuff.

it sounds more like a bd-live update problem, maybe? make sure your firmwire is up to date. these new blu-rays are jam packed and that's why a ps3 is the best player, IMO.
