Default The Trouble with Best Buy's Blu-ray Selection

Has anyone else seen this pattern? The area of town I live in doesn't cater much to Blu Ray. Best Buy is really my only option for walking into a store and having a decent Blu Ray section. The problem I have is there seems to be an ongoing trend that has gotten frustating. Sure, major releases are there and in good abundance but here's where the problem lies. Older catalog titles just being released on Blu, either they aren't carrying them at all, such as The Thing and Daredevil to name a few, or they don't seem to get them until a week or two after release. I've witnessed this multiple times now. Austin Powers trilogy, checked in the store every day first week, never got. JFK, didn't get it for 3 weeks. But now this week i've finally mad enough that I even went to the store manager to gripe about this issue because not only did they not have Office Space, Zack & Miri was not there 4 days in a row. C'mon people, Best Buy has basically killed off most of it's competion and this is how they treat their customers? I used to work for Media Play (which also owned Sam Goody & Suncoast Video). Here's how they got rid of us, They bought it, kept it for 1 year then sold it to a investment company that ended up closing all of the Media Play's & Suncoast. Which by the way, in regards to movies, Media Play, at least in this town, had a Way better movie department that Best Buy ever thought of having. Now they've started killing off Circuit City's. So unless Wal Mart really starts embracing Blu Ray's, they own the retail market.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.

By the way, online buying for me isn't an option at the moment, hence the frustation.
