Default Yamaha htr-6130 question

I recently picked this up and a great discount price, I have it hooked up and everything but my question is, on the back there are knobs for Front A and B centers, what exactly are these used for, the manual doesnt really say what to do with them other than insert a speaker wire. Are they for extra center speakers or something completely different.

Sorry if this has been discussed somewhere else but I was not able to find anything on it.

I have the YAMAHA 663 with only one center. maybe it is so you can have one center speaker on top of the tv and one on the bottom. good luck.

Without looking at the manual (since I'm heading to bed) I'd guess they were either a) for bi-amping or b) for Zone 2.
