Default Wiremold Flat Screen TV Cord Cover Kit

Has anyone used this cover? Does it hold the paint well? Just wondering if the paint would peel or crack after taking the cover off a few times.

with normal surface prep, adhesion shouldn't be a problem; clean, scuff with a sctchbrite pad, 00000 grade steel wool, 400 grit wet/dry sand, any of those will prep the surface. Then clean with dish soap, rinse, dry, paint. DONE.

That's how I've done it when painting other plastic items. just wondering how it would hold up to removing the cover, looks like you would have to flex it a bit to install/remove the cover. Planning on doing some work in the theater in the next few weeks(work permitting) and policing wires is top on the list.

+1

The product description does not mention whether it is metal or plastic, either way it shouldn't be to much of a pain to paint.
