Trying to remember this TV show.... - Blu-ray Forum

okay my friend was telling me about some show he saw awhile back (perhaps 8 years or so.

It was a police show (along the lines of a swat team/elite task force type show) and he said he doesn't remember what network it came on, or any of the actors.

However one unique aspect to the show that should make it identifiable is the situation where whatever the officers confiscated (money, cars, etc) they could KEEP, just not the drugs.

Anyone recognize this?

Figure it's along the lines of Canadian police drama/action show "Flashpoint", Australian series "Rush" and the American series "Wanted"

Sorry I can't help you out, but that's really got me scratching my head. Not exactly surprised that it wasn't around for long though.

it's not The Unit is it? thats a show i always wanted to catch but never could. i dont think it was that long ago though

Nah, not The Unit, he's a big fan of the Unit.

MAY be Fastlane perhaps...I'll look into that.

He said it was on for like one season.

just called him and described Fastlane (according to TV.com) and he said yeah that was it.

i think i remember this show,i think it was called : the nasty boys its was about a group of undercover cop working in vegas who we're recruted by a good cop who get killed at the beginning of the show by a dangerous drugdealer which force the cops to become the nasty boys.

the tv. movie later became a shortlived tv serie.

i dont remember the name of all the actor but one was the black first officer on seaquest dsv.
