anybody else notice a loss of audio options on their ps3?
Back in the day, or really the first year I had my ps3, when I went to audio setup (where you get to choose each individual audio format you want to support) I remember there being about 10-15 options (im using optical out). Now, theres only dolby, dts, aac, and two 2.1 options.
This is a bummer cause I have a bunch of videos on my ps3 and i need linear pcm 5.1 as a choice if i wanna hear 5.1 audio anybody know if i did something to make these options go away? or did a firmware rob me of my options? (i know its not my receivers compatibility since it used to be fine) (also, the options are ALL there for hdmi audio output) |
