Which of those three store has the best policy in return open game with full refund? the disk is fine but i just don't like it.

None of them will accept a return, only an exchange for the same game.

None of them will take them back, due to copywrite laws I believe.

If you don't like it, why did you buy it? Why did you not rent it 1st?
