Bedroom Speakers for $400? - Blu-ray Forum

I am wanting to upgrade the sound of my entertainment set up in my bedroom, currently i have a 32" Sony Bravia, ps3, Sky-hd, xbox 360. What sort of speaker setup could i get for £200/$400? Im in the uk, so im sure that makes speakers more expensive. Thanks in advanced for your help.

is there not a very big speaker market in the uk or is it just the places im looking, cause everything i see is just HTIB type deals

I've got an onkyo 7.1 setup that sounds good in bedroom if interested for $200 US dollars plus shipping. It's in my old bedroom setup gallery. The speakers sound great and aren't very big (except the sub).

You guys get Bowers & Wilkins cheaper over there right? Look at some B&W Bookshelf speakers and a stereo amp!

hmm, looked at the b&w bookshelf speakers, £277 for them is the best i've found. So + a receiver im looking at £400 right?
