PiP audio problem w/ Samsung BD-P1500 - Blu-ray Forum

I can't hear any audio when the Kung Fu Panda Animators' Corner feature is turned on, either from the boxed image or from the movie itself. I tested the picture-in-picture content from Casino Royale and Transformers and those worked fine (movie audio is subdued while boxed image audio plays).

The Samsung BD-P1500 firmware is verified up to date, and I tried all audio settings (I typically use bitstream re-encode). Has anyone else encountered this problem from this movie or player? Is there a setting I'm missing, or should I be planning an disc exchange?

Are you listening with the TV or with an AVR? If an AVR, it may not support to audio streams from the same source.

Of course I have no clue what I am talking about, just reaching.

The problem occurs both on the TV and AVR. It's a complete absence of sound. Neither the movie itself or PiP feature can be heard when Animators' Corner is turned on.

Would any BD-P1500 owner test out their Kung Fu Panda to be certain?
This is supremely a bummer!

An update:
I tried playing again Kung-Fu Panda this weekend and the Animator's Corner PiP feature now works completely.
The last update to the player was version 2.3 from Jan. 7, 2009 so I guess all is well.
