Slumdog Millionare won't play!!

I just bought Slumdog Millionaire and the movie won't play in my blu ray player, I just watched Seven Pounds on blu ray yestarday are it worked perfectly, so I don't think it's my player. The movie gets to the 20th Century Fox screen then it goes black on the display on the player it says 00:09 and it stays there forever, how do I fix this? This is a brand new movie, just bought at Target, never previously watched, I bought my blu ray player about a year and a half ago, and did one firmware update in like june it's a samsung.
