Default finally finished my Klipsch Reference system

I started with a Klipsch Synergy 5.1 but started replacing the pieces with Reference first RF35s then a RC10, and today I ordered RS42s.

I wouldn't mind upping the RC but the bigger ones don't fit into my stand. When I get a new TV/stand setup, I'll do that.

Now I need to get some good DTS-MA tracks to test this out.

thanks.

I spent alot of time between buying another set of towers or the surrounds. At the end of the day all the RF would have been too big except for the
RF10s.

grills off for photo. My living room is small and I can't put the left channel on the other side of the TV without the monster blocking the walkway.

See what I mean about only fitting the RC10. Things are a bit of a mess right now buy usually the top is decorated seasonally....meaning penguins or steelers, but I might say screw it and pick up a monster center and place on top.

Nice set up mate. Am looking at Klipsch at the moment to pair with a denon 2309 or similar.

But you're missing one thing in your set up .... a tv

Way to go!! That must be a very gratifying feeling to finally have the system where you want it.

I've always loved the look of the Reference cerametalic woofers, very elegant.

You can't just slide the TV to the right (where the left speaker is now) so you can put the left speaker on the left side?

In order to keep the fronts even to the center ch I'd have to move the TV towards the center of the wall. I have an "L" shaped couch that I have the TV catty-corner to the bend in the L. Its not ideal I know but I plan on moving in the next year or so...trust me I'll be considering the setup in the living room before I purchase a place.

My new RS's will be here next week.

Yeah sometimes you have to work around a less than ideal room layout. I think you'll be very happy with the RS's you have on the way. Post some pics when you get them installed. If you want an idea of what they will look like in your room, check out my gallery. I have a pair of RS-62's on the wall.

what is your opinion of the Synergys? I got a pair of small bookshelf speakers for my moms condo fairly cheap but they sound really harsh in the highs compared to my refernce series.

My bad. I had a retard moment and was thinking RS-52 instead of RC-52.

Hard to say because I only use them for rears, but I've used them here and there for 2ch and I wasn't disappointed, but at the same time I wanted to upgrade so I could use all the speakers for 2ch music and let loose on it because they can't keep up with my fronts...but why would they, its not apples to apples.
