Well, it worked. They got the show on the air. And, I will admit it, I rather enjoyed them. Hell, I enjoyed them enough to buy the series on DVD!

Maybe I'll watch the series again.

One of my old TV Production professors was good friends with some of the people in charge of the show. They came to talk to us for a few days in 1999 about it, and had nothing but praise for the actors. Guess they could've been lying, but this guy sounds extra bitter.

I lived where the show was filmed, and saw all of the actors around (small town) and they were a$$ holes. Joshua Jackson was nice though.

Well, Joshua Jackson is one of us fellas. As in being Canucks, that is. So that's probably why.

This guy didn't become the show runner until the college years (which would be 2001) so maybe in 1999 their egos weren't bad yet. I only know what years the show was because the characters were in the same grade as me.
