Default 1080/24p, but no 1080p?
I have a reciever that's fairly old. It passes only 1080i, or so I thought. After a bunch of recent tests, I found that for some reason, the reciever (Yamaha HTR-5990) passes 1080/24p from the PS3, but not regular 1080p. With regular 1080p, the picture is distorted and somewhat snowy. But with 1080/24p, it's flawless. Anyone have any clue why this is? It's the oddest thing in the world...
