Question regarding burning your own HD BD movie and HDCP - Blu-ray Forum

I would like to know if burning one of your own HD content onto a Blu Ray disc would have HDCP applied to it. If anyone knows, can you please reply ASAP.

No. HDCP is only a requirement of the AACS copy protection system found in commercial Blu-ray and HD DVD movies.
