Default Question about 1080p/24 signal

Im just curious, I have a receiver that is almost 2 years old, it has HDMI 1.1. Im thinking about getting a new tv, one with the 1080P/24 Signal, such as xbr's... My question is, will my receiver pass this signal to the tv or would i need a new receiver also?

I beleive the only difference between HDMI 1.1 and 1.3 is the capability to carry advanced audio codecs. Passing the video signal shouldn't be a problem at all.

I used to know the answer to that! I know that deep color and other video signal options come with 1.3 (not just advanced audio) but I *think* 1080/24 passes over any hdmi.

Sorry for the half answer.

Yea, i know that the deep color 1.3 carries. Havent been aware of audio codecs, but im able to run Dolby True HD, uncompressed pcm, and DTS-HDMA (once ps3 can decode it), but still am not sure about the 24 fps...
