Default define "stuck pixel"

was watching DirectTV on my new sammy 52a750...
i was watching an NBA basketball game. And every time the camera panned towards the bench and showed the coach there were two white dots towards one corner of the screen ... I noticed it about 3-4 times only when the camera panned at the bench , it was odd lol ....
didnt notice it all the rest of the game when i started looking in the spot where they appeared ... and i havent noticed on any other channel/program/bluray.
Is these stuck pixels? or more likely an anomaly on the signal w that channel/broadcast?
i here that these models are known for that defect, so thats why im nervous.
the TV is maybe 3 weeks old(out of the box)

then it was probably a fluke...keep a look out for them and if they dont appear again, thank the LCD gods...

it was probably just the show, if they do appear, you could always return it or get it repaired.
