Great news from Warner Bros., but will this include the extra "home video" scene where Ace jumps out of Snowflake's tank and pretends to be Hans, the Dolphin Trainer?

The Ace Venturas are among my favorite guilty pleasures. I can only watch them when my wife isn't home though.

If it's a direct port of the WS DVD, then probably not. But I never liked that scene anyway and it technically wasn't part of the theatrical cut.

Either way, I'm just glad we're getting Ace Ventura 1 & 2 on Blu-ray.

Going by the double feature DVD set from a couple years back, no, it won't even be provided seperately in the bonus features. But who knows...?

Oh, and I liked WHEN NATURE CALLS better than the first... (*shrug*)

^^^ I also thought the second one was, if anything, better than the first.

The hippo "birthing" scene had me in tears the first time.

Last week I had a random urge to watch the Ace movies, looked into it and reminded myself that the existing DVD version didn't include the dolphin trainer bit and held off picking it up. Then posted in the wishlist thread... and then it was officially announced haha.

Fun.

I really hope they include the extended cut.
