Me and everyone I know have been debating on who is better, and I wanted to see what you guys think.

Myself I choose Prince, he has released more classic albums than MJ and he is all around more musically talented.

Thriller and Off The Wall, the only GREAT albums he released.

MJ may put on a better show than Prince, but musically Prince is wayyyyy better.

Good question. I went with Prince. Mike was awesome back in the day, but Prince is still pretty good. I think Prince is a better "musician".

Anyone that can get the fine Apollonia Kotera to skinny dip in "Lake Minnitonka" wins.

Anyone that mad the recording industry adopt a label warning of Explicit Lyrics wins.

because everyone I know thinks MJ is better because he holds a title and because of Thriller, and to be honest I think Purple Rain is better than Thriller lol.

But apparently MJ is in the process of recording a album, and he said its "new and exciting" could this be his come back? I doubt it, but it would be nice.

best video still goes to Thriller.

Prince for overall music badassness but early Mj is pretty close.

Prince clearly wins the "whose house would you rather sleep over at" question.

And didnt Prince paint a house he was renting from Carlos Boozer Purple and put his symbol up everywhere, then Boozer sued Prince but lost the lawsuit? LOL

While I'm not fond of his music (either, actually), Prince is a musical genius. I watched something about him and it's amazing what he's done and can do.

But Jackson seems to be more of an energetic performer, at least back in the day.

I voted prince, but I really don't care.

Prince's performance a few years ago at the Superbowl was the best Superbowl halftime show ever, imo. he rocked his ass off
