I have never seen this movie before, nor am I a big fan of Spike Lee (i like some of his movies, but dislike him)
however after reading the review here on blu-ray.com im kind of interested in seeing this movie, but i have a question I understand that this movie is 100% revolved around racial issues and race relations, but is it presented in an overblown, in your face kinda way? similar to "Crash" I know a lot of people like Crash (i think it even won best picture) but i personally hated it. I thought the movie was blowing racial issues so far out of proportion just to be controversial and/or give the film some purpose. It was nothing more than a couple of hours of "everyone hates eachother and this is what the world is like" blah blah thoughts? |
