Default DVDO HD Video Processor and Projectors

I thought I would place a question to the forum as I haven't able to get my questions answered on the internet.

I am thinking about adding a DVDO EDGE HD Video Processor to my Front-Projection cinema. I have a few questions below:

1) Will my 720p projector limit the capabilities of the processor? Will I see an improvement in the image, or do I need to look at 1080p to get the full effect?

2) Will standard non-anamorphic DVDs display like their anamorphic cousins and 2.35-2.4:1 Blu-Rays, with minimal black bars? (I would be getting the processor mainly for increasing quality on standard DVDs - not necessarily Blu-Rays).

3) Would I be better off upgrading my projector for my dedicated theatre to 1080p (instead of getting the processor) and moving the HC-1600 to my back room and setting up a second FP screen to hang in front of the Toshiba TV?

Thanks everyone!
