Need RCA Universal code for Insignia NS-2BRDVD - Blu-ray Forum

Guys at Best Buy couldnt find the remote... so gave us a universal remote... but i cant find a code can anyone help?

Off the top of my head, try to use the codes for LG, Magnavox, Magnasonic, and any "lower-end" brand that you have codes for, since these brands usually use a lot of the same components, and I know that LG has been supplying a lot of components in the last few years. Alternatively, you can also try some sort of auto-scan feature, if the remot has one.

Otherwise, I would go back to Best Buy ASAP and have the manager exchange the "universal" for a low-end Harmony remote from Logitech, or at the very least give you a very appealing discount towards one, since I am leaning towards thinking that you will need such a remote.

they were 129.99... and gave me a 5 percent discount... and couldnt find the remotes... idiots... this was a "display version" and they forgot to take out Pirates of the Caribbean 1... which is pretty funny i must say

My Best Buy were clearing them out for $99.99, to make way for this years model. They had 12 of them when I got mine. Its a little slow but I bought it to hook up to a standard def tv just so I can watch blus on it.
