Bestbuy Return Policy Without Receipt

I asked my friend to buy me Quantum of Solace Bluray today and I misplaced the receipt, I don't remember if he even gave it to me or not, but he doesn't have it. Anyway, I change my mind and now I want to return it for the Xmen trilogy instead. It's unopened and everything is still sealed. Does anyone know their policy?

If it's still sealed you should have no problem, just tell them it was a gift.

It helps if your a Reward Zone member, and used your card when you made your purchase. They can look up the purchase without a receipt.

x's 2..but usually if it's sealed and you're exchanging it for something else, they won't mind.

Yep that's correct. I went in today and exchanged it no problem.
