Whats the deal with Blu Ray prices? I don't get them, is there a pattern? There are some phenomenal movies with 9.99 price tags, and then there are bad movies like DOOM and such with 14-24 dollar price tags. Then new movies are 24-30 dollar, but not all the time. It just seems like movies are every where in price. 10 dollars, 12 dollars, 14 dollars, 20 dollars, 25 dollars, 30 dollars. If i didn't know any better i would say companies are pulling numbers out of a hat and which ever number they get is the price of the movie.
And if companies can sell blu rays at 9 dollars, why not just lower the price of all blu rays to 9.99? And make new releases 15 dollars? |
