Default Clouding: Samsung LE32B430

Just noticed it. Happens as the tv warms up. Sorry, I wrote the wrong number in the title, it's actually LE32B530. Would you be concerned about this or is it just par for the course so to speak? The right side is actually ok and without cloud, but the photo seems to make it the same colour as though it's joining with the clouding, so ignore the right side. There are mainly 4 cloud spots. 2 to the far left and 2 to the right of it. Doesn't affect watching a movie but, is this cause to get it replaced? Or am I likely to get a replacement which might be worse? Or, since this is only a 2 day old tv, is it likely to improve?

If you bought the the tv locally, take it back and exchange it. If you ordered the tv and had it shipped to you you are within your 1 year manufacturer warranty and should contact Samsung. I had the same issue with my Sony kdl52w4100. I contacted Sony and they sent me a brand new replacement and the frieght company loaded up and took the problem model away. It was a great experience for me with Sony customer support. I would definetly be getting a replacement if I were you! Also, How high is your back light set?

Hi, thanks for the advice. I could bring the backlight down a bit, it's currently on 8. That's the factory setting in standard mode.

I suppose I should really try and get it replaced, but then, what's to say the next set will be any better? I bought it locally at a shop called richer sounds, it's quite a big chain over here in the UK.
