It doesn't seem like he's been on recently... maybe too busy in India?

Well i've checked 2 websites where i usually get my Bollywood movies and that guy's site and it's not out yet.

Usually the Eros site would have it under coming soon (like they did with the Om Shanti Om blu-ray), but they don't.

Okay. Would Eros release at least a part of the intended 25 to 50 blu-ray releases by end of this year. How about Yash Raj

I hate how Eros says one thing and another thing happens. This happens too much with them.

Since it might possibly be only 5 titles, could you tell us which 5 titles those would be since there isn't a confirmation?

These Indian companies are worthless. They can shove the bluray up their "you know what". Very frustrating.

Guess they are better off with the abomination called VCD's.

haha Yeah, i know VCD's are very popular in certain spots in the world. But they should wake up and realise that blu-ray has won the format war and is still more popular than VCD's.

Seriously.. Do you think that Blu-Ray is as popular in India as VCD or DVD ? Definitely not. Yes, it did win the format war but that of Hi-Def formats. How many people can afford to watch a movie spending Rs 750 to Rs 1000. How many households in India have a Hi-Def TV right now ? Definitely not many !

Of course, you do realize that we (NRI) are not the primary targets for the studios. They can afford to produce more titles only when the home market for them grows up. So for the time being, early adopters need to be just patient and enjoy what is being offered on plate

No offense to anyone. This is just my 2 cents looking at the bashing that has been going on in these forums against Indian Studios.
