Default im new and have no idea?

hey im nicky i have a laptop its a accer aspire5536 it tells me i can play blu ray disks but it wont do anything am i missing something? i tried a move but it wont work at all

do you have the program installed that will play Bluray? Like PowerDVD, or Arcsoft etc (should have come with the laptop)

Try downloading this to check your system if its bluray compatible:

http://www.cyberlink.com/stat/bd-support/enu/index.jsp

This should show you if youre missing anything.

Yes, Cyberlink PowerDVD is one of the good players around. Try their free trial.
