Vizio Channel Issues - Blu-ray Forum

My friend has a Vizio and the channels have stopped working on the TV. It's not the remote's batteries because the actual channel buttons on the TV aren't responsive. Do you guys think it's something in the tv's sub menus that has disabled something by accident?

I would have him call customer support.
