Default Blu-ray racks/stands suggestions?

I'm looking to get a nice rack for my blu-rays. I had 3 vertical stands for my dvds, but now I would like to have a larger rack that will be able to hold at least 200 horizontally. Does anyone have any suggestions. I looked through some people's home theater galleries for ideas, but couldn't find anything that quite hit the spot. Id like to see what you guys are using and how you like them so far. Thanks!

I've got some nice racks (2 different kinds). I will be uploading my pics this weekend, but I got some metal horizontal racks at Ross, and some wooden vertical ones at Walmart.

Ya, I'd rather have the bookshelves myself. I've got way too many blurays to just put them in racks.

Walmart or another store like Target may have the ones I have. (see my HT since I can't seem to put pictures up) I couldn't find them from Walmart.com like I did the other day so I checked Sauder's site. They are Sky Alder Contempory Multimedia Cases but I didn't pay 79 for them.

Ahh found them after a google search. Out of stock at Walmart.com. Walmart calls them Sauder Media Tower, Fruitwood for 49. Amazon.com has them as well.

I really like them as they have the bookshelf look but are made for DVD/blu-rays.

yeah good old fashioned book shelves are the way to go
all my dvds and blus are in two floor to ceiling bookshelves (and spill over into a smaller bookshelf)

here is the one I have on amazon. You can check out pics in my galleries. Seems kinday pricey for the size, but it is well made and not that cheep press board crap w/ wood looking lamenent that most media racks are. I did order mine from amzon from a 3rd party

I've gone through so many shelves over the past few years. Either the movies collected dust quickly or the shelf was cheap and broke. I decided to get a bookshelf from Ikea.

Always had a hard time finding one I liked at Target, Walmart, etc.

I have this in black-brown with clear doors

I also have this in the same color but no doors. It's a little too deep (11") for me but until I find a better rack this will do.

Yeah I thought that when I first got it but now I don't care so much. So much better than anything else I had. Plus, as for the color, it goes with my other furniture in my room.

Get the Billy Bookcases from Ikea and get two extra shelves for each. With the two extra shelves, it spaces it out perfect. I got three bookcases full of em.

I just bought two of these from Amazon and am very pleased with them:

They look very impressive when loaded with BDs!

Wow 2, nice! I also have an Oskar Media shelf, but it holds around 400 I think. I got it at Target for $68 and I love it. People pm me all the time and ask where I got it. OP, check out my gallery for a pic

Bethany,

I like the CD/DVD/BD media storage you have based on your HT pics. I'm looking to get one myself since my current one at home is almost filled.

Approximately how many BD's can you fit per rack? Same thing with CD's. I might need 2 of them. One for my CD's and the other for my BD's / DVD's. Thanks.

Walmart.com has the espresso color for $97 but it's out of stock. I've seen it at BB but it's $163.

EDIT.. Here's the Link from wal-mart.

I have been using the Billy shelves from Ikea for my DVDs and Blus. Bought some extra glass shelves and that was that.

I can fit about 63-65 Blu-rays (ones from England are wider) and 75 cds on one rack.

The side panels and shelves are reversable to black as well. The top, bottom and back are not. There were more than 4 shelves in my pictures included for more storage in the box.
