Default Why couldn't AMZ do this with BD orders?!?

Quote:
Most of Lil Wayne's fans will have to wait until at least February for his often-delayed Rebirth album, but about 500 Amazon customers who pre-ordered the album are enjoying the record already thanks to a shipping mishap.

According to sources and an e-mail to Billboard from an Amazon customer, the site sent copies of the album to some customers who pre-ordered Rebirth on December 14, despite a change in the street date from December 21 to February 1.

The release date change was made last month by Universal Motown and the label recalled the album, but roughly one million units were manufactured and about one-third were shipped to accounts when the decision was made to pull "Rebirth" from the schedule, sources say. This is the sixth time that the album has been delayed.

Because none of the singles were really catching on.

And the album is "out" now anyways.

Of course Amazon wanted to ship them, the CD's were making their warehouse stink.

Yeah it's really a shame that people compare him to Jay-Z. I don't see where they get that from.

He sounds like #5, the Robot from Short Circuit.

I agree, but both of them are into that pop music culture. No wonder everything you listen to is considered "Hip-Hop".

It's bad enough you have Miley Cyrus mentioning Jay-Z in one of her songs. Damn where did all the good music go? Why can't music stay in it's own genre?

Slum Village has a new album!

The album I've been listening to the most this year so far has been:

Classified - Self Explanatory

I guess, but I think it also has to do with money.

Sweet! I'll have to check out Slum Village. I think I might have to wake the Hip-Hop Thread up.
