Anybody else having issues with getting their orders to ship from warner? I placed one back on the 12th, and then a different order on the 16th, both of which still say in process. Called customer service, and they told me exactly what I could see online and didn't give a shipping date. I know I saw a lot of people ordered through Warner on the buy a thon and on other dates, so for those that have, have you had your order ship yet?

I added a couple of Oct 2 preorders to the other disks I ordered. I suspect, though cannot provide proof, that Warner's may be waiting to ship out the whole order once the preorders become available. That's the problem with free shipping--it's up to them as to when they ship your stuff. Amazon will often hold up an order until all items are on hand before they ship. I'm still waiting for Casino Royale because I ordered it with a book not yet in stock.

No, Warners ships their orders as they become available. That's what they've done previously and I haven't seen anything indicating a change. I have a steady stream of pre-orders that will be arriving from Warners from early October through mid-December. And they're all at these fantastically low coupon code prices with free shipping. Amazon does the same thing when I have different videos "bundled" together to get the free shipping. Amazon ships them as available or when the official release dates arrive for pre-orders.

What is the URL to check shipping status? I'm going to that 3rd party site they provide in the confirmation email but that appears to be only a receipt. I don't see any way to check ship status.

im having the same problems, and my only preorders were troy and we are marshall. I havent heard anything since my order and that 3rd party site does not have shipping status. I hate to cancel a blu-ray order from WB, but come on!!!

Warner titles that were supposed to be on shelf in retail store on september 18 are not available at all in Canada. i.e. (Amazon.ca, Best Buy,Future Shop, MetroVideo etc...)
