A friend of mine who's in West Virginia is a DJ and he puts together "Mashup" Mixes. Usually a hip hop artist vs. a rock group/artist.

In the past he's done Phil Collins vs. Nas (Phillmatic), Jay Z vs. Marvin Gaye (Marvin Jay), Big Pun vs. U2 (Rattle & Pun) and Notorious B.I.G. vs. The Rolling Stones (Poppa Was a Rolling Stone).

Three years ago he dropped a tape with another DJ named Dub Floyd who's in Atlanta, involving Pink Floyd mashed up with various hip hop artists, called "Tales from the Darkside".

Now they both dropped a new 30 minute mini-mix called "Outmash" featuring Hip Hop artists Outkast and various soul/funk/rock music.

This is really cool and I wanted to share this with everyone. Hopefully this doesn't violate a rule or anything. If it does just send me a message and I'll take it down.
