Race BluRay Re-Releasing

Is This true ! Race is coming on BluRay . Does anyone know who is Releasing it ?

MoserBaer. They already released it a month-or-so back but pulled from the shelves due to customer compaints (packaging stated DTS-HD Master Audio & English subtitles whereas there were neither on the disc and also picture quality issues). Supposedly they are reworking it along with the three other titles they released and pulled at the same time due to the same issues (Rann, A Wednesday! & Fashion)

How about watermark issue on Moserbaer's blu? Any news?

The 4 original "pulled from the shelves" discs had no watermarks, so there's no reason to believe future releases will have any.

There is a UTV version of Race that has long been in the works. What exactly is the delay only god or UTV knows.

UTV is the most unreliable company when it comes to delivering Blurays. I don't even wait for their titles to release on Bluray anymore. I just watch the DVD as soon it comes out.

i think thats a photo shopped picture of the Race DVD cover over the love aaj kal blu-ray cover, it even says DVD in the bottom right hand corner of the cover.

EDIT: actually i am 100% that it is because they did the same to the Jodha Akbar Blu-ray on their website.

Oh, now that's just lame. Why do they post false covers? I'm really not digging the unprofessionalism exhibited by Indian companies and online stores.

Moserbaer are redoing race and all the other 3 titles again and in the mean time UTV will be releasing Race,fashion in the overseas market not india due to rights issues ,but no dates have been given yet ..

The UTV version is totally seperate from the MoserBaer one. Infact the UTV Race BD authoring work was finished months ago. Why the delay? That only God or UTV knows.

PS: They are by the worst company in terms of releasing titles on time. Considering that they ironically are the most progressive, when it comes to the kind of films they produce, it is surprising that they show know foresight when it comes to marketing on video.
