Playstation BluRay Menu Error on Shawshank BluRay - Blu-ray Forum

Hello. Last week I received Criterion's THE THIRD MAN and Warner's THE SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION in the mail on the same day.

I am unable to navigate around the SHAWSHANK menu with either my PS3 DVD remote control OR the game controller.

However, I can navigate around THE THIRD MAN menu just fine.

Is there something special about the SHAWSHANK MENU?

I downloaded the latest PS3 software update, but the problem persists.

Any ideas?

I am not sure what is wrong. I didn't have a problem that I remember. I watched the movie and then watched some of the extras after without a hitch.

I am also using a ps3.
