Best wall mount for 52-xbr4?

Default Best wall mount for 52-xbr4?
I'm thinking I want to mount my 52-xbr4 to the wall. Who makes the best mounts? The ones that tilt and also extend out seem pretty cool. And are these things a pain in the ass to install and mount the tv?

I attached a pic. I want to move the center up to the top which I think will produce better sound being higher. And then put the bottom stuff to the middle and then get an Emotiva XPA-5 for the bottom.
