Not sure yet. Waiting to see what the extras are if any. The Canadian one was barebones. The fact that the German one is "Limited Edition" indicates maybe a double dip.

Well they like to put Limited Edition on everything, so I guess we'll see.

The simple fact that we'll get the original 1.85:1 Aspect Ratio instead of the cropped 1.78:1 will be to consider.

Anything would be a step up compared to the Canadian one.

What's the release date? I'm going to be interested in getting this if it's better than the Canadian Release.

Anyone able to comment on it?

I own the Canadian Blu-ray and am wondering if I should get this version or not. Cheers!

What do you mean Phil?? I like the Artwork, the book it self, but did not have had the time to see the movie. It is limited to 5000 pcs. so hurry up if you want the CB or otherwise you need to get the normal Amaray

Capelight is a German Company so I think all of their Blu-ray Collector´s books are locked (The Fall, Doomsday Unrated, Feuer und Eis, Boondok saints and Fanboys)

Quote:
Bildseitenformat: 16:9 - 1.77:1

I just checked both the blu-ray and the DVD and the A.R. of this release is indeed 1.77:1. I don't have any overscan on my screen yet I don't see tiny black bars on top and bottom. Sorry folks.
