I'm pretty sure the answer you're looking for is "NO". The clothes were ridiculous and he was speaking in a forced, unnatural accent.

I'm having a hard time swallowing this. I don't think it's real; why would he go through the trouble of creating a YouTube channel just to post that? I'm not buying it.
