These are the first two I thought of. Galactica was some of the best visual effect I have ever seen on the small screen, and The series finale of Six Feet Under is the best tv episode of all time in my mind.

Classic! When Kramer comes is and slams the money down yelling "I'm Out!", cracks me up every time.

Also, The Office, Customer Survey episode. When Kelly gives Dwight and Jim bad reviews for not going to her party. The scene when Michael has them in the conference room doing a practice sales call kills me every time.
