No offense, but this is futile. They/Universal are bought and paid for. Once that runs out, they will re-evaluate. With the way things are going, they won't have a choice when the time comes...

oh i totally understand that. money talks. buuuut...i dont see how it could hurt any to at least try to unify the consumer voice and speak up about it instead of just waiting it out. id rather do something that takes seconds of my time to let em know where im coming from...where we're coming from...than do nothing it all. if nothing comes from it, so be it. but i can at least say i tried. its gonna be a long wait anyway...might as well urge them to hurry up and make the decision sooner than later.

You successfully signed BOYCOTT NBC/UNIVERSAL as they are knowingly hurting the HD home entertainment market by sticking with HD-DVD petition.

Petition owner will manually approve your signatures.

best comment on the petition so far:

33 Bowe Yang I don't mind the support of hd-dvd, but be universal and support both formats. or you will be monoversal.

didn't realize i was treading on sensitive ground at the avsforum...whew. didn't say a single hostile word and already got pushed into a corner as a 'fanboy' simply because i defended my position in favor of blu-ray in the blu-ray section with sincere and honest reason. saucy...
