Wall Mounts? Cheapest Place to get? - Blu-ray Forum

Where is the best place for a basic wall mount for a 42" LCD? I don't want to spend over $100. I know they are out there for around $50.

Go to ebay and search for the guy "mountprosusa". I believe mountprosusa.com is his site. I got a "But It Now" of $14.99 for a tilting and locking mount that is sold at Best Buy and Circuit City for about $149.99-199.99. Trust me here and go buy one from him. They include all necessary hardware. Lag bolts to go into the studs in your walls and includes all sizes of screws to attach the mount to your tv. He has some of them for $7.99 and such as well but they aren't as good quality. The $14.99 one that I have holds up to a 60" @ 250lbs. I tested mine out by hanging myself (210lbs) before I put the tv on it. You won't go wrong.

Thanks. I know about monoprice.com (thank god for them. I get my HDMI from them). I kind of want one that has the arm so I can move it out and change the viewing angles if I choose to.

Here is what my TVs website says about what mounts to get:
VESA hole pattern
(100mm x 100mm, 100mm x 200mm, 200mm x 200mm)

I don't know anything about the mounting so I assume VESA is pretty universal and allows for some flexibility if the mounts on the TV are spaced a little different.

just make sure if your looking for dirt cheap wall mounts that it wont fall off the wall.

i will say look on ebay. i spent around 40 bucks with shipping for a mount to hold up a 50". its done the job for about a year. i think now i need to buy a bigger mount and find a tv to fit

I am pretty sure this will work with my TV. It says it will work with most VESA standards. Shipping overnight is also only $3.50 more. After shipping and tax it's $38.23!
