This is a leftover from when the movie was to be released on blu-ray, I expect this listing to be removed at some point.

Does anyone know for sure if Transformers is going to be released on blu-ray in Germany December 3rd?

seems Germany (maybe other European countries in the future?) is releasing different movies from the USA (or modified versions like Phantom of the opera) so maybe the Paramount/HD DVD works only for USA and for the movies they are DISTRIBUTING ...

Paramount Pictures Corporation (2007) (worldwide) (all media) (except Finland, South Korea)

Paramount and Dreamworks are the production companies. The only places this could possibly be released on Blu-ray are Finland and South Korea.

Whoever is distributing the movie in Europe might be releasing it to Blu-ray.... but the real question is...
Will it be region free?

It will not be coming to Blu-ray in Europe... as stated above, the only possibilities are South Korea and Finland. Keep in mind they are POSSIBILITIES in those areas, not a sure thing by any means.
