It's the same Blu-ray ad from www.bluraysavings.com?

"Like all secret hardware announcements that aren't supposed to be public yet, it's now appearing in an advertisement. An ad for five free Blu-ray movies (pictured) on BluraySavings.com (via Kotaku) lists the new model (CECHG01) along with the current models on market (the 60GB CECHA01 and 80GB CECHE01) as Blu-ray players that qualify for the promotion."

That adds out of date now anyway, it's still showing the BD-P2400.

I posted that photo to show that they removed the playstation model in question. You can still see the add with the new one here:

The add has been changed. One I saw yesterday listed three different numbers, not just Playstation 3.

I saw this very add in Sam's Club this last weekend. It was a note pad that you could rip off and fill out after your purchase of a Blu-Ray player.

BTW...it was part of a great Blu-Ray display featuring the Blu-Ray demo disk running on a Sony 52" LCD on one side and a Vizio 52" LCD on the back side. They also had a stack of BDP-S300's underneath. Cool set up in a prominent place on the main aisle. They also had several Blu-Ray's for sale and not a single HD-DVD player or disc in sight.

Isn't that simply the 20GB model, a few of which are still to be found in scattered locations?

It figures, THIS promotion actually has some Blu-rays I would like... the last one was just kind of a toss up, most of them will end up being traded.

No. The old model # if I'm not mistaken is PS398001. The model # in reference is a new model number recently ok'd by the FCC.
