Default Best Buy expands Blu-ray racks! (PICS)

I work for best buy and when i walked into work on thursday morning I noticed they had 5 4foot walls of bluray movies and only 2 4 foot walls of HD-DVD. Ill take some pics tomorrow and post them

Thats amazing! Where do you live? In Montreal, the blu-ray/hd display is terrible.

I was at my local BB on the west side of Indy today and they went from one rack of Blu and one for dud, to TWO racks for Blu and still one for dud.

I live right by Mt.Vernon NY, so I am going to have to check that out myself. I had announced a while back for the newbies here that the reps told a friend of mine they were going to do this so it looks like the made good on that promise.

A BB in Lakewood, CO (just outside Denver) had 3 racks BD and 2 racks HD. But there was at least one other "end cap" like setup for BD and none I could see for HD. They did, however, have both BD and HD players running with HDTVs.

I stated this in a thread that I started about a week or more ago that all the best buy stores were increasing their high def shelf space. Highly doubt they will be making an announcement soon, although it would be nice to hear.

In my store both went from 2 to 3
