Default what the BDA needs to do!!!

After going to a team building exercise two weeks ago, something said there just struck me. One of the facilitators was an IU graduated in 87. One of his classes was coaching basketball. Anyone care to guess who that teacher was.

Bobby knight. Our facilitator asked us a question that he learned from the general that the BDA needs to think about.

What is the most important 5 minutes in a basketball game.

The first five minutes of the second half.

This gives teams to re-think stragtegies and come out and implement them whether they are winnning (blu) or losing (red).

Lets say that with the warner announcement and CES 08 ended the first half.
Blu is up in sales and studio support. Do we play not to lose? NO!

The BDA needs to go to full court pressure. I have not been seeing any commericals at all since CES. These need to be plasterd everywhere they can get them. Saturate the airways with Blu commericals.

It seems that toshiba is acting like they are still in the game. The BDA needs to finish them a off and put a nail in the coffin then send the scrubs in.

sweet.

I have doing most of my tv watching during the CSI and law and order time slots, but have yet to see any. During NFL playoffs that is awesome because it does get a lot of veiwing. Imaging if they can get a superbowl commercial.

What do you think they would use.

Downfall of hd-dvd

Hd-dvd in the closet

or Hd-dvd coaster?

There was a dud commercial last night during American Idol but in all fairness it was the same re-dug shrek commercial.
Blu should advertise during American Idol.

Especially since A.I., as much as I despise the show, airs on Fox which is a BD supporting studio, and is owned/produced by Sony and Sony BMG. Its a definate no-brainer to be hammering Blu on every broadcast.

Bobby Knight beats his players, but there is something to be said for 900 career wins. Maybe we should beat HD-DVD supporters until they lose!

They should cosponsor those stupid quiz contests that come up through AI. Then they can mention it on the air and re-inforce it on the phone.

Closet and Coster for regular mainstream TV and Downfall for a one time Super Bowl halftime ad.

They need to go for the kill ASAP.

1. put out more blockbuster movies ASAP such as LOTR, Pixar, etc
2. continue to lower the price of the players

HD-DVD is barely breathing...so might as well put them to rest and sleep in peace.
