Can someone list the displays (of an brand) that use 120hz please? I trying to purchase one but I'm having a hard time finding them all. Thanks.

Here's a link to Gizmodo that talks about it.

And try Googling 120hz hdtv and you'll get a lot of hits.

I have the Panasonic TC 32LX700 120Hz, and i think the 120Hz is always on because there isn't an option to turn it off or on. It's a hell of a set though. It's also capable of displaying 1080p. To me i got the best bang for my buck

That article at Gizmodo turned a year old about 4 days ago. There's been plenty of new sets introduced since then, namely the XBR4 and 5 series, the Samsung 71 and 81 series, and probably a few more I'm forgetting about.

Default In my opinion...

The best LCD's out there are the Sharp Aquos, if you want a really good one for not a lot of money check out the 82 series, here's a quick link to 52" for specs Click Here

And the tech specs are just in the middle, it has a 120Hz refresh rate your looking for and has a spectacular picture as well, I own one my self.

I just saw a Samsung on display at Best Buy. A demo was running about the difference between 120mhz and regular HD and I was blown away. I think 120mhz is worth every penny. Too bad I just bought a TV without it because I listened to people that said its not worth it without actually seeing for myself.

The Sharp Aquos is a decent set but doesn't compare to the Sony's or Sammy's that do 120hz imo..

Look, forget 120MHz, just buy a plasma. All of this goes away with a plasma.

LCD's advertise 8ms responses, even now 4ms --> Plasma refresh rate is 0.1ms.

Plasmas don't look the same as whatever they're doing on these 120hz sets. It's more than just being smooth, the picture looks really different.

The picture is insanely different! I'm sure that 120hz sets are the future of LCD's, but I only hope that there will always be an option to turn it back to 60 or 24. I think that 120 looks great for sports or animated movies, but it changes the look of live-action movies in a way I'm not a fan of. My goal in owning a HDTV is to faithfully recreate the theater experience in my home, hence the term, "home-theater". It is pretty amazing though.

I got a Sammy LNT4071F... the picture is amazing and you have the option to turn the 120Hz motion enhance off if it's really freaking you out. I keep mine at medium.

Agreed, plasma looks far more natural.
