Default Need Help Choosing A New HDTV!!!

I need help choosing a new HDTV. I do NOT want to spend more than $1150 and I do NOT want to buy a HDTV online, I want to be able to go into an actual store like: Best Buy, Circuit City, Sams Club, Etc..... My viewing distance is around 5'-8' (its for my bedroom). I'm not sure if I will be able to tell a difference between 720P and 1080P. I have a PS3 60GB BLU-RAY , Xbox 360 w/HD-DVD add-on. I do NOT know if it matters but my bedroom dimensions are 11' 2''-13' 6''. Hope everyone can give me some good, strong advice. So far I have found these 2 HDTV's that I like, let me know of any other HDTV's.

1. Panasonic 42" Plasma HDTV
Model #: PAN-TH42PX75U

2. Samsung 42" Plasma HDTV
Model #: SAM-HPT4254
