All I can say is "it's about freaking time!" I have so many BR movies in queue that say "Very Long Wait" that it's not even funny. I wonder when they will increase their inventory and how long it will take for the consumer to get some relief from their backlog. P.S. To Netflix... being format "agnostic" may have been the politically correct thing to do but it screwed your customers who have waited 3-4 months for most Blu Ray titles. On the positive side, it probably forced a lot of people to just go out and buy the BR titles instead of waiting 3-4 months so they may have helped BR win the war in the end. |

After reading the full source article here: http://www.gearlog.com/2008/02/netfl...ase_bluray.php , I have to say that I am still not convinced going back to Netflix is the answer. The wording doesn't create a sense of significant increase in Blu-Ray to me.

On the upside, I also finally got to see Pirates 3 on Blu for the first time since it came out in December. (And okay, now I know why it vanished out of theaters so quickly...Yeesh!) ![]() |

yeah my queue has been moving fast this past few weeks.
I think it's getting better and with bluray gaining momentum and hopefully becoming mainstream, the wait time will get a lot better. |

Why not every month? It's not that big of a deal, just cancel the membership and then renew it right after. But do it on the last day of your month period so you pay the same amount as if they were just going to re bill you for the next month.
